I know also that you can crossfire R9 x with s ghz or the plain and I know somebody also have successfully crossfire x with HD There was no intensive review yet. I suspect that AMD dont want that to find out about issues users might encounter.

I couldn't find any official information from AMD so all I found online were conflicting reports of people saying that crossfiring a with a would be the same as two s, and other people saying it would be inbetween 2x and 2x Is there any official information out there, or better yet, do any of you guys have a crossfire setup with a and a and could you tell me your experience with it?

The problem with this, is that Crossfire doesn't do any frame metering. As a result the faster card will render faster than the slower card, and microstutter is possibly increased as a result.
This is the info I found by a guy named Ken on overclock. They don't have to downclock or sync'ed, etc. I have tested this using MSI Afterburner to monitor the clock rates. The clock rates remain at their settings, regardless of Crossfire.
