The original point of printing "property of" on them was to let people know the shirt belongs to the school or whatever and not the individual.
So if I see someone wearing a "property of" shirt out in public, I guess I'm suppose to turn them into the police for stealing. I assume this was to specify the size at a glance so the student could grab one that fits. What gets me is they'll ALL say XXL in the retail store and the actual friggin' size of the shirt doesn't even match up!
What the hell do they think XXL means? Please don't buy "Property of XXL" shirts. They make no sense and make you look like a thief. I don't even see how they're allowed to print "property of" on them if it is not true.
